Introduction
Another concern of faculty teaching online is how to effectively manage students. This station presents practical and tested strategies for managing online students, such as tips on handling teams, group interactions in online discussions, and dealing with problem student behaviors.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of Topic B5, you will:

• Design a sample strategy for managing a synchronous or asynchronous interaction with students in an online course.
• Identify at least three approaches for dealing effectively with problem student behaviors in an online course.
